Door does not close completely without effort.
I recently purchase a 2004 F-150 Heritage Super Cab, the driver side door closes nice and easy where the passenger side door needs more effort, you can also see that the striker on the passenger side door has more wear. Is this an easy adjustment. I would prefer not to waste time at the dealer.

Yes, it is pretty easily adjusted. Torx screws hold the striker assembly in place. Loosen the Torx screws (pretty large ones if I remember correctly) and you can adjust the striker.
