I put the pioneer AVH-P7500 in the dash, with a 14.1" drop down in the ceiling. Maybe a little over-kill, but my 3 year old loves watching it from his seat!
check out my gallery, i posted the info on this a little while ago. if you want to take a look at the thread just do a search for this forum for "13 inch lcd"
wlihntr... nice install!!
I'm seriously considering the in-dash Alpine unit or a monitor style on the passenger sun-visor. Haven't made a decision yet tho.

Very nice setup. How does the screen perform in cold weather? Where did you get the screen and how much? My only problem would be that my overhead console would not allow the screen to be folded up all the way.
well that is odd, the thread used to be there, now i can't even find it. anyhow the tv is a sharp lc13e1u, and the ,mount is an "omni mount" versa 75/100 under counter mount. you can catch the tv on sale for $449.95 at best buy the mount runs about $100.00
I was gonna install the head rest units and a DVD player in my CC, but I also need one in my Expedition. I found a really nice portable DVD player from G2G gear. It has two 7in wide screens, one is seperate, the other is attached to the DVD. I got it at Sams Club for $399.00. The screens are crystal clear and have a very wide viewing angle. The link is below.
kogler, i forgot to adress this in my last post, as far as cold weather it is fine. i was in wisconsin in jan. and the morning i left it was -8. the tv was in the truck the whole time and worked like a champ.
I installed a 5.6" screen in each of the headrests and put the dvd player under the back seat. I also got the RF modulator so I can have the sound running through the stereo system. I pieced together the whole system at Fry's electronics for about $500.00. I will try and get some pictures of it in my gallery this afternoon.
