Question Casting numbers

I'm in the process of rebuilding the 360 in my 75 F150. I have the engine tore down and ready for the machine shop. I had decided on a stock rebuild until a buddy of mine decided to confuse me a bit.
Friday evening he gave me a set of heads and a 4V intake supposedly off of a 390. The heads have a C6AE-R casting number and the intake has a C5AE 9425 C casting number.
Anybody know what engine these parts may have came off of? He said something about them coming off an engine with a 4 bolt main. Any such thing?
I notice the intake ports on the C6 heads are much larger than the D2's I currently have. But the exhaust ports are smaller. How does theis affect performance?
If I recondition the C6 heads and bolt them on a rebuilt 360 and add a 4 barrel will it even be worth it?
Looks like I'm going to need to have the cylinders bored because the #2 cylinder is scored. Then I will need pistons. So I figure depending on price I might throw in a crank/rods/pistons to make it a 390. I've heard talk here about a 390 kit for a 360. Where do I find one?
I'm looking for torque more so than horsepower. I'm either going to throw the original heads and 2 barrel back on or use the C6 heads and 4 barrel intake. I would like to use the heads and intake because, hey, they were free.
Will get a cam if necessary. I just don't want to throw some random heads and a 4 barrel on and end up with something that doesn't perform as good as it did before. I know someone here can help. Need some advice.

Well I looked in my little book of knowledge and it list the C6AE-R heads as a 66'-67' 352ci --- Chamber size: 71-74cc --- Valve Size: Intake 2.02"/Exhaust 1.55" --- Port Size: Intake 2.34" x 1.34"/Exhaust 1.84" x 1.34" But that seems to be the dimensions for quite a few different heads including 390's, nothing on the intake though

Thanks for the replies so far. No, the C6's I have don't have thermactor holes. So should I use these heads and intake? Where could I find a crank kit? Which cam? Will I kick myself later on if I don't put in a crank and put these heads and intake on a 360? Trying to decide what's going to the machine shop. Thanks.
