Rough acceleration

I have a '93 F-150 5.0 5spd 4X4 that has developed rough acceleration especiallly when cold. It kicks and bucks but I am not sure whether it is fuel or ignition. It seems to get better when warmed up and it make no difference which tank it is on. The fuel pressure is 25-28psi at idle and is 30psi KOEO. Pressure jumps to 30 psi if the throttle is goosed. The only code that showed was a 31 but my egr is blocked off so that should not make a difference. There were no running codes. I suspect that my TPS is worn as it has always been a little boggy just off idle but the truck has always run very good when cold, with excellent acceleration after the off idle bog. Perhaps the TPS is worn in the general running position where it spends most of its time.. My radio also buzzes a bit when the throttle is in the just barely open position which is also where it is at cruise in OD (fifth gear)at highway speed. Does any one have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers,Stevieray.

I was looking in my Haynes manual and it says that the fuel pressure should be 45 psi. I only get 30 if I unplug the vacuum line so I was wondring if it could be the fuel filter as the truck runs the same on either tank therefore eliminating the fuel pump9 f(front tank pump is new) and the regulator was changed out 1 1/2 years ago an a recall. Ay thoughts?
