Question Rear ABS light on

I have a 1992 E250 non-converted cargo van as it came from the factory. I purchsaed it new and have put all 137,000 miles on it. My grandson borrowed it for a month and when he returned it the left from brake was out, the rotor almost completely gone. I had changed the front brake pads last at about 120,000 miles. I rebuilt that brake..replaced pads, rotor, and caliper and bled brakes. Everthing seems to work fine. There is good firm pedal and the van stops straight and even with no apparent pull. The only problem is that the "rear abs" light is on. The rear pads are less than half worn and everthing appears to be correct. The only other thing is that the paking brake indicator light is out, but I can't believe that that is connected or ?? In any case, what sequence of steps should I take to fix the "rear abs" light? Or should I not worry about it?

Thanks for the help........................WALT

Check for speed sensor in the rear axle if it came with one, they are bad about giving bad signals if a grease film is covering them. Take it out, wipe it down, and reinstall, it may or may not solve your problem.
