HELP!!!!!
yes i have checked for holes. as for drip rails they were removed and smoothed. a long time ago customize. i didnt knwo if it could be there are drip mouldigns then added they are bolt on ones liek from a chevrolet. its not there. it seems that theres a black peice of metal screwed to the roof along the top of the window most of the water seems to run outta the ends of it.
it could be leaking where the screws go in. take the headliner out, get a buddy and go to one of them pressure washer carwashes. spray the truck sections at a time, if theres a leak the pressure washer will find it.
Had a similar problem with mine after I had new windshield put in turned that the glass people neglected to tell me I had rust holes in the cab where the windshield sets in the gasket covered them but when it rained I would get waterin the corners of the windshiled on both sides then it would drip down through the dash and onto the floor. Didnt find the holes till I took it to my body man and we pulled the windshield and found the holes so had fill the holes with a good body filler and re paint the whole seat where the windshield sits. That cant be rusty otherwise you will get leaks because the gasket wont get a good seal and the silicone doesnt stick to rust.
i have silicone on the screw holes so it wont leak. as for the headliner thing ill take it out and try that at the car wash..they said that there wasnt any rust when they put the new windshield in.
