Moving

Is it just me or does moving suck. We are only moving about eight miles but I came down with a bad case of the flu and my wife came down with it a day later. We already sold our five acres and bought a new place with only one, and we have until the tenth to be completely out, its a pain fighting the flu and moving at the same time.
We had a disagreement about the animals but I insisted we couldn't live in a cracker box and I wasn't giving up the deer Sydney ,Blondie and Panda and his buddy Zoey, So until the fence is done here I get up run down to the old house check up on the deer and goats and run to work. Then I leave work Go to the other house grab a truckload of stuff check on the kids, pick them some oranges, shake them down some pecans, check their water maybe give them some peanuttles or cookies and come home and start over.
Oh and I moved our high speed wireless internet from sprint myself as I didn't want them doing another tacky installation and they still sent out a tech and charged me 100.00 for it, and all he did was look at it, test it, and said "great install, speed is excellent almost 10mbs" and went away. But they said they wouldn't support it until a tech looked at it and turned it off for the first night after I moved it. And what does he mean a great install? I've got the antenna strapped up with "temporary handcuffs" until I have time to get clamps.
I swear I'm not moving again.

Oh moving is much worse than having a tooth pulled. The dentist gives you novacaine! Moving is akin to having a limb severed! I moved from a 240 acre farm (where I had lived and accumulated "junk" for 17 years) to a sub-division. What an experience. Since then I have divorced and moved twice more but now I have learned to not acquire as much "stuff". Still moving is a horrilbel event!

I moved a couple of miles. It took 5 ten hour days with 5 guys helping me. I had to move 10,000 pounds of steel along with other stuff. It was in August, hot. I really don't want to do that again.

Thats a lot of address's...Kinda been the story of my life though, 2 differnt kindergarten, 3 different elementary schools, 3 different jr. high schools, 1 high school though....
Hopefully after buying this current house I can settle down and start unpacking....
