Complete Lowering Kits
i am looking for information on lowering kits for my 1979 f-100 extended cab long bed. i want all new parts. i don't want to put a air bag system on it. any information would help thanks.

this truck has been in my family since new. my grandmaw and grandpaw bought this truck new. then when my grandmaw passed away *frown* (i miss her) my grandpaw gave it to me. it has been WELL taken care of since most of my uncles have been working on cars since they were kids. i have been working on cars since i was 3 yo. it runs like it is brand new. it has never had problems. it is VERY strong!!! i love it. it means alot to me since it was my grandmaws truck. when i get it painted i will have a little thing painted on it for my grandmaw.

I don't think your're gonna find much in the way of complete kits. you may just have to order front and rear kits from the same place and have them shiped at the same time. it wouldn't matter to me if it came in one box or two.

yes my truck is a 351 factory modified. it is VERY fast and VERY strong !!!! i just need to take it to the 1/4 when i get the chance lol *wink*

As others have said, you aren't going to find a "kit." You're best bet, unless someone finds a new company I haven't heard of (which is quite likely, 
), is to go through DJM. You'll get a "kit" for all intents and purposes, you'll just have to click the mouse about 8 extra times. : )
That or put together your own kit: A hacksaw and a lighter leaf pack.

What was *modified* on that engine at the factory?
Or do you mean it is a 351M and think M stands for modified?
The 351M came with about 140 HP.
It doesn't & because of the flaming wars it starts we send people to the threads aready posted.
