day time running lights
I've a new question...Daytime Running Lights.... when I bought my '01 SC, I believe running lights were an option that could be installed at the dealership, for app. $45. When I inquired about this at the dealership they all were a bit dumbfounded. I have a feeling this is only adding a relay. Any body have experience with this?

There are two parts to do this, a relay that goes under the oval panel on the right side of the dash and a resistor that goes on the sheet metal behind the front bumper on the left side. There is no wiring or cutting into the harness. It only takes twenty minutes to plug everything in and you will need a #10 ss screw and ss nut with a nylon insert. It will set you back about $70 to do it yourself. I'll look up the part numbers and get back to you. If a Board manager will give me permission I will post the link where I get my OEM parts, sorry, but I already got KO'ed from another board for this.
