1992 Explorer - Wiring Problems

1992 Explorer - Wiring Problems
Figured I 'd give this section a shot..
Attemping to put a CD Player into my 1992 Explorer (4dr) and while stripping the ground (green/black) The factory plug was removed. I must have been touching the chassis because it sparked. I figured right away that I shorted something. Checked my radio and dome fuses, all intact.
Checked the +12 Constant (yellow/black) with the Multi, NOTHING. Same with the +12 Ignition (yellow/green), truck on, NOTHING. Now I also realized I have no dome/interior lights. Dash is still lit, could I have created a major blowout?
Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? Should I go through ALL the fuses in the interior box?

If you have an owners manual it will show you what the fuses correspond to. If not, just start pulling and looking. Also check under the hood at the power distribution block. There are large fuses in there that could have blown.
