My oil pressure goes from low normal at idle to high normal at speed. I have 130,000 miles on the 351 w. Is this normal, will I need to replace the oil pump soon?
Stick a mechanical oil psi gauge on it, and see what the actual numbers are, they are inexpensive and easy to hook up, can be purchased at your local autoparts store.
Without an actual psi reading, and description of how the psi is affected by the motor, when warm, cold, at idle, or at speed, its hard to say, IMO. later

Probably your oil pump might have some debris in there. Probably your pressure switch might just be acting up.
Next time, right before you change your oil and oil filter. Make sure the truck is just recently driven, then pour 1 quart of Gunk Motor Flush then start the engine for 5 minutes and turn off the engine. Drain the oil and remove the oil filter. Pour oil in the new oil filter prior to installing the oil filter. If your engine requires 6 quarts of oil then pour only 5 quarts and let it settle for a while and measure it then add gradually until it is at the right level.
before you do anything realize that the stock gauges are nothing but idiot lights and don't reflect real pressure , if your truck has over 6-8 lbs the gauge registers somewhere on the scale and if it doesn't it drops to zero as the previous post says buy a mechanical gauge and you will no the true figures even if you don't run it into the cab at least you'll know, by the way your oil pump runs in oil and normally will outlast the motor if oil and filter changes are adhered to.
