Vin ?
I've bought what the guy told me was a '58 Panel. When I got it home I started checking the net for pics and found out it has a '60 grill & hood.
I can't find a VIN tag anywhere or even signs of where it could have been.
Could anyone tell me where to look for the stamped numbers on the frame?

seagimp, 
Early '57 tags were on the door post. Later '57 theu '60 had the tag attached to the inside of the glove box door.
The vin stamped on the frame, should be stamped on the top of the frame rail.

Pried open the glove box (no ****, no windows and sitting for 20 years) and presto there it was. What werd place to put it.
Darn a '60, really wanted a '58 the year I was born. Found a few P/U's out there but almost no Panels (need place to put wheelchair).
O well some parts are useable and back to looking for '58.
