installing clifford intake!

Hello, I just received my intake from clifford(heated) and have a couple of questions.

1. where do I hook into the cooling system...splice into the hose going to the heater??

2. it didn't come with an adapter to plug in my vacuum lines, can you buy vacuum "tree" adapter?

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

can't wait till the weekend

To answer your second question, yes, you can buy tee connectors at any good auto supply.....while I won't argue what a good supply house is, I know auto zone and napa as well as advance carry them. Sorry, I'm not familar with a clifford so I can't speak with any knowledge on them......maybe someone else will shed some light on it for you......

you can splice them in line of either the supply or return line from your heater core(without a T), but you have to keep your heater on all the time for that to work. the best way is to goto the hardware store and get to 3/4" copper pipe T's and hook them up up that.
