Several days ago you provided me with a model number w31 for my truck order. However, when I call VOPC it never has info on the truck. I went back and read the post and W31 is for a 350 crew cab srw. I've ordered a 250. Same model #? or am I just doing something else wrong on VOPC?

Oh, i apologize! I thought you had said an F350. (Your post does say F250, but I am a graduate of the Dallas Independent School District.) The model number should be W21.
