engine knock
i purchased a 2001 supercab 4x4 with 5.4 engine.i have noticed it has a knock on the right side of the engine when started up cold.as soon as it runs alittle it quits.you can accelerate no knock ....any ideas it has 50,000 miles on it..took it to dealer they changed timing chain tensionors and timing chain .took it home cranked it the next morning same old knock...any body have this problem......
