91explxlt-passgrsidewallpanel spkr???
i have a 91 explr xlt.The back stereo system,passenger side has a subwoofer speakerin sidewall and behind the panel are 2 metal squares.Are they amps?does anyone know because the original wiring is gone so I can't follow it. If they are amps,does anyone know the wiring setup? thanx...........

How big are the squares? width and depth. Also, is the headunit still in the car? If so, what does it look like, and how about wring at the headunit, what does it look like- number of wires, shape of connectors, etc.

I dont want to sound stupid but what do you mean by head unit. And the stereo is not stock. I bought an after market pioneer,and had to run new wiring. But the metal square boxes are about two inches thick and 8x10 in size I think one is for speaker wire and one is for power. What I believe is the power unit has one red and one yellow.The other wires look like typical speaker wire. And the two boxes and the sub woofer are all connected but none of it is original wiring,its been cut and spliced and it dont make any sense, plus theres no power to it anymore...thank you for any help at all .... papabear.
