They should show 35-40 PSI at the Schrader valve KOEO.

What do they fire at though. I see a lot of injectors for sale that are 19lbs. Is this right?

That's flow rate - 19 lbs of fuel per hour max flow. Stock 302 has 19 lb/hr injectors.

What can I upgrade to without any major changes? Will it make a difference to go with a little more fuel?

Are you going to be feeding the engine extra air to go along with this extra fuel? You'd have to calibrate the computer (with a chip) for the bigger injectors, but there wouldn't be any more fuel getting to the engine then, so what is gained? There are other things that would be more beneficial than larger injectors. The stock injectors can handle a little over 300 hp, so unless you have built up the motor a lot, stock injectors are all the flow you need.

Exactly!
Bigger injectors will not add any HP on a stock engine. Unless you have modified things to the point where the stock injectors cannot keep up, they are a waste of time and money -- and will probably give you drivability problems as well.

Depnding on how hard you want to push theduty cylce and your actual BSFC the stock 19# units are good for at least 245 HP and possibly as much as 285 HP. 300 HP requires a 100% duty cycle, not rweally a good idea.

I plan on building the engine soon it has 300k plus on it. I am going to bump up the compression to about 9-1 put a medium cam in it and so forth. I am not going to drag race it but according to desk top dyno I will be gettin about 290 ponies and about 400 lb-ft of torque

I don't believe those numbers with just 9:1 compression and a medium cam.

400 ft-lbs is a lot with any streetable cam, I'd guess it's virtually impossible with stock heads. 290 HP is reachable, depending on what is included in your "and so forth" but frankly, I'd bet against.

Actually, throttle body airflow is closer to 600cfm, and assuming you will be running mufflers on this thing, your numbers drop to 356hp and 345lbs/tq. Even at this, you will need to have to reprogram.

Desktop Dyno is notoriously optimistic in the numbers it spits out. Don't be surprised to see lesser results when you put it on the Dynojet
