ECM Code P0401
I just took my truck to AutoZone for the CEL and I got 2 codes back: P0401 (Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected in Exhaust Gas Recirculation System) and P0455 (Evaporative Emission Leak Detected). I know how to fix the emission leak, but I have no idea about the gas recirculation. Any ideas?

I had the same problem on my Ranger. I replaced the IAC and the DPFE and that cleared up the problem for me. Good luck. You may want to change/clean your EGR valve too. I did this by removing it and cleaning it with carb/choke cleaner and some good stiff wire for the small orifice.
