Help me identify leak please

I noticed oil staining on garage floor near front right of vehicle. From underneath oil appears to be collecting on a blue rubber/plastic boot that connects to the radiator cowling. from above this boot connects to a large (4") aluminum pipe that runs up the right side of engine, turns to the center. It looks like air supply for engine but i no little about diesel engines. Anyway, if this an air intake why is oil dripping out of it? BTW, dealer reflashed engine without permission in early January and fuel milage has dropped from 17+ to around 14+. Any connection?

Colin, don't know about the oil leak but take it to the dealer and have them put dye in the crancase. Bring it back after that and they will do a UV Light test and be able to track where the leak is originating.

What year engine do you have? If it is an 03, it is highly probable that the lower fuel economy (and acceleration performance) is lower after the flash. There is supposed t be a fix coming out any day now.

someone will probably jump in and correct me, but its probably where you crancase is vented into the intake (blow by) and is normal on these
