Yup, I emailed Jolene last night because my order status stopped showing up so I wanted to make sure everything was ok. Anyways she said that they had depleted their stock of chips and that mine was now en route with a tracking number and everything. Hell yeah.

Hey Ken...I didn't specify to Jolene that I couldn't get 93 octane...The highest that I can find around here is 91, should I just put octane boost in with every fill up or does it need to be reprogrammed?

Both you and OPENCLASSPRO have both received your chips and I'm still waiting!!!! No calls or email, thats why I'm asking how you found out the status. I'm rapidly LOOSING MY PATIENCE. I've read nothing but great things about the service, but am beginning to wonder. Read a couple of other posts that had the same problem, orders that fell thru the crack. I'm trying not to be pushy, but its been 3 weeks now.

At motorhaven, I logged in to check my order history. It had been on "qued" status, and then when I checked on the 4th, I couldn't bring up any order history. That's when I sen my e-mail. Checked my tracking number and hopefully it will be here Monday. I'm assuming you ordered from motorhaven. If so call, or e-mail Jolene there. She'll get it straghtened out.

Well it's 3 days short of a MONTH. Still waiting. Talked to Jolene and she said that Diablo has not sent the program to them yet. Checked the Diablo site to verify they have a read on my PCM--sure do. I've read about the great service, customer satisfaction out the #*&! Thats why I bought from motorhaven.
Am disappointed about the time it takes to get my chip!
I will say motorhaven staff have been curtious on the phone during weekly phone calls and I understand that they are waiting on Diablo, but come on.
AG4.0, true4.2 and ChevySniper hope your enjoying those chips. Just wish mine would HURRY UP.

still waitin on mine too....I got an email saying mine was on it's way, but only my MAC intake showed up. I ordered them at the same time. Jolene said that they may be sent seperately. We'll see what happens..

my ups tracking number says it should be here tomorrow...I can't wait..
