When does the 2005 250 arrive?
Hello,
I'm new here and I love all the information. I'm trying to hold out for the 2005 250 because I don't need the 6.0 PST and I want the 3 valve 10. Plus, I want the front coils. So...
When do you guys think they'll arrive?

I talked to my Ford rep yesterday, They have A meeting in mid April when they will learn all about the 2005 SDs
I told him the first phone call he is to make is me. I wanted him to call from the meeting but he declined

Job1 is 2nd-3rd week of July. Should be hitting the dealers 2nd-3rd week of August.
'05 V-10 will get 3v and a big HP and torque upgrade (455 ft-lbs. on torque, I forget the HP number - 350 maybe). Ford has already made this announcement.
'05 will get coils up front. No official announcement from Ford, but the worst kept secret in Detroit.
'05's also get a new dash, new seats and new grill/headlights/front bumper. No official announcement on this either, but the 2nd worst kept secret in Detroit. They have been building prototypes at KTP for a while.

Also, the V-10 drops the 4R100 auto and gets the 5R110 TorqShift in 2005.
For the 2005 Models:
Gas Engine Horsepower 350hp (3valve V10)
Gas Engine Torque 455 lbs/ft

I was going to order a 2005 this fall but I bought a 2002 f250 lariat xcab 7.3 diesel auto trans. off a dodge dealer.I gave 28,900, it only had 44,000 mi on it. I traded in 2002 f150 xlt 4.2 5 speed manual with 59,000 mi on it, I am well pleased so far.
