Trip Reset

Just got back from second 1,600 mile round trip to canada and noticed that the trip meter on speedo only goes to 1000 miles then resets back to zero. Is this normal never had a car or truck do this.

hmmm, I haven't kept mine set for that long yet to have noticed that. I am sure that someone else will be along that can answer this one.

Yep thats right, I found out this on my recent trip to Colorado from Houston. Not a defect just the way it works.

I had the same thing with mine but I thought it was the boy that was playing. I did a bit more research on it and notices it was the "small digits" as the actual miles.
