Fix or sell 92 XLT 41,000 miles

In the garage doing the T-case motor. Really appreciate the posts. When I get the 4wd going, my next project is the AC compressor/drier/orfice etc. I'm wondering what a fair value is on this 92 XLT. White/gray leather. Some rust starting on top of tailgate. I've had the truck since 94 w 18,000 miles. I bought it to pull my 19ft bass boat. Has 41k miles and purrs like a kitten. I think from lack of use, the T-case motor got stuck. Finding out soon enough.
What is fair value ?

With the low miles you should be able to get a pretty penny for that one; however, the rust will hurt you. Any dents or anything? I'd say at least around $5,000- $7500 tops. -wb

If the rust is only starting, could be jsut surface rust and no big deal. I agree tho with BBB.....with that low of miles....I would try for 7500.

NEVER tell the buyer your bottom price, it's all mind games. Be sure to do like $6550 and $6320 when you get into it about the price. -wb

Price

Thanks for the price bbb and bb69. Sheetmetal is perfect except for the rust spots on tailgate and a small dent in hood from a wild can of freon. Hood and tailgate need paint. It's the original paint and could use a complete paint job.
I love this beast. Just need to sell it. Wife says I have too many toys. See if she goes fishing again....lol
