What Does "352" On The Block Mean
my friend just got a pick up and the seller told him the it was a 390 but it has 352 stamped on the front driver side of the block. i remember reading they used the same block for 360 and 390 but did they use it the same for 352 and 390.

352 will be stamped on the FE block through, if I recall, 1970. To really find what motor is in there, the new owner will need to find out what the stroke of the crank is inside. Search for the "stroke test". What vehicle is it in and is it original?
