clock radio frequency display
This is to inform others that there may be a light at the end of the tunnel for the clock issue on the radio's with single CD and cassette. Mine always displayed the frequency and not the clock on start up, as many other's have complained of. Today, one year and two days after my initial complaint to Ford Customer Service, and to my dealer, I finally have a new radio! And best of all it now display's the clock 10 seconds after startup.
Many thanks to Emtabmm for his advice to stick with it and my efforts finally paid off! It just shouldn't be this hard to get Ford to make these changes.
My advice to anyone else having the clock issue is to take the written word from this forum and keep trying to get your dealer to get this updated radio installed. Good Luck!
