Hey Flounder..
Mine has a Buzz/drone that'll loosen your fillings, and you can feel it in your ankle bones!! Seems to have gotten worse since I bought it..I was under my rig last night (checking the "condition" of my oil leak of course) and I banged on the right down pipe and it "rang" for a pretty long time, with a buzzing tone to it, very harmonic..I work in a shop that has nice fab. capabilities, and I'm going to fashion up a couple of holding brackets to try and get my "problem" under control, or until Ford can come up with something better..I put a little tension against the trans case and pipe and the buzz quieted some, but didn't have a chance to drive it..
I'll let you know if I have any results.....
