Oil on threads

Did you check just one or all of them? Oil on plugs is a sign of the oil control ring going bad or your valve seals leaking.You say its on the threads only; it could be oil leaking from your valve cover into the plug well and got on the threads as you took it out.

Ditto the above. If it is coming from inside the cylinder it would likely be rings or valve guides. Are you burning oil? Does your truck smoke? Just at start-up or all the time?
Is it just one plug?
Be sure it is not a valve cover leaking and getting oil on the plug from the outside.

yeah its just that one plug all the others are fine. The reason i found it was because there was barely missing and its annoying!!! So i changed plugs and saw it. It ran good for about a week and it starts again.
