Besides Dennis Carpenter, what has everyones source been for body parts, electrical, mechaniical, wheels, tires (white wall), fenders, gauges, beds etc.
MACs catalog is a good source and they will send you one for free and i also use LMC trucks, they are both really good and are fairly close for the prices.

I have a 51.
Thanks
Check Ebay too. I have found a few parts for my 48 on Ebay. Also, Sacramento Vintage Ford and FTE are a good sources. I have bought wheels and hubcaps from Pete Paulsen. For beds check with Mar-K or Dan Carpenter.
Sacremento Vintage Ford has the best and most complete catalog I have seen. Worth getting as a reference even if you end up buying the part from someone else. Sac V catalog has photos and good diagrams for just about everything in the catalog. You can also call their toll free order number and ask for "parts" to get questions answered. I am building a 56 F100 and have ordered many parts from them and their quality and service is very good.
I am not buying stuff from them exclusively and always compare prices. They are competitive on most things.
I just got a catalog yesterday from Concours Parts out of Carson City Nevada. Their catalog is nice with just about everything.
I'm doing a lot of cost comparison, especially for the crating cost that seem to run between $75 to $100 extra for large parts, such as the left and right bed panels.
So-Cal Speed Shop has a decent truck catalog with comparable prices. Joblot in Queens NY has a lot of mechanical stuff too. Mack Products in Moberly MO for bed stuff and Northern Classic Trucks for floor pans. And I like ebay too, you can find lots of NOS stuff on there. I also got a set of chrome smoothie wheels and caps for $260 including shipping, brand new on ebay.
Here's my bigass link list from which a person could probably build a truck from scratch... I mostly order from Sacramento Vintage Ford and Obsolete Ford Parts and have been happy with both.
