Found! Factory Ram Air Setup

My Dad found a 56 F750 Big Job truck. It had the factory hood scoop and all the parts to go with it still intact. Had a cable operated "trap door". I had never seen one, and thought you guys might want to see some pictures. I posted them in my gallery.

I heard that these engines were 317 lincoln engines? it had a 4 barrel carb, which i thought was interesting.
we saved the carb, related parts and the hood. Think the 4 barrel manifold is worth salvaging?

Thats a nice find but being correct the motor should be a 332
which is just another truck version of the 317. What are you
gonna do with the hood spears??????

Sam , if your interested, we can definitely work something out. I dont have a need for the hood spears. I dont know how to access e-mail on this thing. Let me look
