ok 32 is the right front wheel sensor, first I would check all connections for that sensor and make sure their tight. As for code 17 if you have checked all fuses and relay you may want to follow along with the pinpoint test.

i finally got under the bronco and cleaned out the conection for the right wheel sensor (the one on top of the wheel well) but i cant get the sensor out of the wheel assembaly, i took off the bolt that holds it on but it wont budge, is there a trick to doing this? oh ya GO UMAINE HOCKEY

If you still want to know where the ABS relay is here it is; if you look down into the engine compartment on the driver's side up in the front, if you look down between the headlight and the washer fluid resivour down mounted onto the wheel well, at least this is where mine is!! hope this helped!

No trick just pull, but it will probably break. It’s up to you if you want to risk pulling it or not, I’ve pulled 4 and all of them broke. If you do, spray it with something to help loosen it up.
94Bronco58: That would be the ABS computer. The main relay, in the picture above, is located in the smaller box on the right, below the gray diode.
