I'm just in a picture posting frenzy tonight!!
Installed a set of lighted heated 03 mirrors on the rig today. Finishes out my running lights pretty nicely ( at least I think so).

Fortunately I wasn't the first one to do it, so I just looked up an article.

It is not as complicated as the article reads, in fact I mostly didn't wire it where the article says to. I found some easier access that I will be happy to tell you about should you decide to do it. It's not a bad job if you like wiring.
The wiring was a bit different on my 01, but the wire colors ae the same.

I will be adding those mirrors this month. I also have a 2001 Lariat. Could you give me the info. on how you installed the wires differently then the article? I printed that article for reference. Thanks!
