I Cant Find Where This DAMN Squeek Is Coming From. Please Help!!!

Ive been hearing an ANOYING squeek coming from the rear wheels for the longest.

Ive changed the rotors, drums, shoes, pads, wheel cylinders and adjudting screws on my 89EB 351W. Ive also replaced the rear driveshaft U joints.

None of this has worked. The squeel is present during accelration and braking.

Any suggestions?

Also, I just got the truck back today from the mechanic, after he replaced a front rotor and front pads. This was donr because the brakes were pulsatiing a lil bit. After taking the truck home, i noticed they still pulsated, even worse now.

FYI- I took the truck to him in the first place because of the rear wheel squeeling. So he relaced the shoes. After that the brakes started pulsating. Threy never have before he touched them. No after replacing front pads and rotor it pulsates even worse.

Whats goin on here????

Check the leaf springs--I've heard them make some pretty annoying squeaks before when they rub on each other.

I had a noise/bump in my '94, and the mechanics were no help. Much disassembly finally led me to the slip joint in the driveshaft. Added a little axle grease to the splines, and it went away.

Yours would have to be very dry to squeak, but the causes were the same with my groan/bump.

Dont forget about the rear axel bearings as well. If they have gotten dry, they will begin to make noise.
