Question 2000 Ranger Oil Pressure Sending Unit

I need to replace the oil pressure sending unit on my '00 Ranger, but having problems locating it. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

It is a 3.0L 2WD automatic.

Thanks,

look for the sending unit on the passenger side of the motor. It will be located on the rear of the block, just were the head ends. You may need to look threw the fender well to see it. Its a pain to get at cause its alil tight between the engine and the firewall.
