Ok the engine is a 4.6 liter, and the website says it only has 281 horsepower.
Yet the commercials and the website also says it can do 302 horsepower, how can an engine(I'm assuming the engine is stock and they haven't done any crazy stuff to it) that only has 281 horsepower perform 302 horsepower?
You're confusing cubic inches and horsepower. The 4.6 has a displacement of 281 cubic inches. The power output depends on a variety of things. They are using the dual overhead cam version (Cobra motor) in the Marauder which makes it very capable of producing more horsepower than it has cubic inches. Hopefully that makes sense. If I've just succeeded in confusing you more, I'm sorry. Seems like I do that alot.
