'95 huh? Nice! I guessed the year about right. We also set our Coachmen 10.5 on the ground when we camped. I installed an 8' wide awning with enclosed tent room off the rear so it would give us more room for ice chests and storage. Had to move the ladder to the side to do this. If I ever get another camper, it'll have a side entrance with side awning and tent room. Have you seen the new Lance side entrance with slide-out? Awesome!! I think it's 11'-11". The most room I've seen in a camper.
That's alot of boat at 9K!. You must have one stout hitch extension. We towed about 4.5K behind ours. Look at my gallery to see what I pull now.
With large campers like yours available, I just can't see why people buy motorhomes and tow a boat. I laugh when I see 'em break down camp and take their motorhome to the boat ramp twice a day. We usually camp at the Colorado River in Blythe and you can't leave your boat in the water at night.
