I have a question for you. Do you have to change the TB to put the rest of the K&N system you have on your bronco? I would like to get what you have but don't want to change the TB.
Sorry it took me a couple of days to see this, been out of town.
No you do not need to change your throttle body. The aircharger is made to fit the factory TB, and the BBK Twin 56 has the same location and bore size as the factory unit.
K&N Aircharger part # 63-1066 will bolt right up IF you have MAF. There is a different unit that fits the Broncs without MAF.
I would not have spent over $200 for looks. Any engine mod that allows it to breath better will improve your power output capability. I had the $115 K&N FIPK (Gen I) before this, noticeable difference.
I can't seem to get onto the www.knfilter.com website right now, I'm wondering if this bolts up directly to the 351W as well?? It is a cool looking conversion.
What difference did you see by changing out the throttle body? Did it do anything for driveability? Noticeable power increase? Fuel economy?
Yes it does fit on the 351w. Check out my photo gallery. I have Several pics of the K & N on my rig. And, besides, alot of the after market products like these, that I've expereinced will make a world of difference on performance.
But, since I switched over to Mass Air flow. I had to take the K&N kit off, in order to put the new Mass Air flow meter and filter on.
I still have the K&N, sitting in storage until sold.
Hope this helps
tite4x4, you can get a K&N filtercharger setup that will work perfect with your new MAF. If you check my gallery (better pictures on website) you will see that the 63-1066 is designed for the MAF.
holleyman, the BBK Twin 56 is a super upgrade. Better throttle response and acceleration. I would recommend this to anyone with an EFI Bronco.
Good Luck.

Hey BigRed
The only reason why I didn't stick with the K&N filter, was that the MAF conversion kit that I had installed came with a new filter mounted onto the Mass Air meter
