Newbie here, needs some bumper help

Hey guys I have a 77 F-100 it has a aftermarket step bumper with the hole for a ball. I bought a non step bumper for it and I need some brackets to fit it. Does anyone here have any or know where I can get some??? Any help is really appreciated.

Is the non step bumper new? Most of the ones I've seen come with the mounting brackets.
