61 Econoline Prices ???

have always liked the Ford Econoline Trucks and have been looking for one. I have located a 1961 that is in good shape and runs and drives ok. It is mostly in original condition. What I am trying to find out is what these trucks are selling for now? They are asking $2300.00 for this one and I really do not know if that is a good price or not? If anyone has advice on pricing, it would be appreciated.

weeeeeellllllllllllllll, it is kinda up to the individual buyer. if you want the truck, and think it is worth it, then it probably is. i have given as much as 3000 for 1, and have had a few given to me. they dont seem to bring very much considoring how rarely you see them, { i have 7 that are in some state of repair}. if you want to get strange looks and strange questions they are the only way to go.

61-67 econoline (fater/son project)

Hi, I'm a new user and I have a 1961 5window P/U for sale. The engine has been rebuilt, front wheel bearings, all brake wheel cyls, brake lines, fuel lines, are new.
I don't have the time or money to finish the body work. I also have an extra entire front clip and doors.

thanks
Rob

Do you still have the 5 window for sale...I would love to have a 5 window...I would gladly sell off my virgin 62 3 window to get a 5 window.

O know it has been a few months...Any chance you still got it...and if so How much?

His post was in Feb. I too have been caught on some forums that are months or years old.

Sorry for re-hashing an old thread guys...I just found this place and I cannot e-mail anyone for 15 days....So the only thing I could hope for was that the 5 window was still for sale, and someone that knew about it would respond to the post.

Beauty and price is in the eye of the beholder. In this case what ever you are willing to or can afford. Is it mechanically sound? Is the body sound? Interior good? Are parts available for it? etc, etc. Don't be in a hurry, plenty more where that vehicle came from.

Is it on ebay? Add another $25,000 dollars to the price!! LOL!! Everyone on ebay thinks they have solid gold and it's the last one of it's kind. Lot's of desperate buyers on ebay paying outrageous amounts of money!!! I am glad it's them and not me.

Thumbs up

Check FTE classifieds. There are vans in there and if not what your looking for put in a wanted ad. This should help.
