How to replace a running board light?

Just bought a used '99 Expy. One of the running board lights is burned out. How do I access this bulb to replace it?

Thanks in advance!

There is a little plate underneath the board that you need to remove, then add 194 series bulbs. I might be doing it soon, so I can hook you up with some pics.

Thanks. I took a look and didn't see a plate. Just a hole where I can see the rubber sleeve and the wires coming out. The pics would be a great help.

Thanks.

Sevv,,,,,the "plate" that is being referred to is a plastic plate that is cupped with a hole in it. Looking underneath, the screw that holds this plate up is about 5 inches from that hole towards the end of the running board. Remove the screw and pull that end of the plate down enough to change the bulb.

Thanks all for the info and suggestion for better lighting.

I can see now how I missed the black headed screw, in black plastic on a black background
