paint job
How much would a paint job be on 76 f100 and Fix some rust spots? Also, since I don't want to do a frame up restoration, what is the best thing to do for the frame with out taking anything off of the truck? There is rust here and there.

Quite naturally, your costs will depend on a number of factors, such as; the expected results, the type of paint, and the amount of bodywork. Your problem will probably be finding someone that is willing to do the rust work.
As far as the undercarriage, use a pressure washer to clean it up. Then attack the rusty spots with a wire brush and sandpaper, treat with rust converter (i.e. Metal Ready, Rust Mort, Picklex, & etc.), and then paint with something like Zero Rust.
