5.4 head gasket

can anyone tell me if you have to pull the eng. to change head gaskets??????

in what type of truck? van or what? Ive done it in both and never had to pull the motor, although probly would take the same amount of time,,,lol

no, but get some good swivel sockets to get the rear intake and head bolts, being a contortionist helps too.
