302 timing tab

I've got a 70 302 in my ranger and am having some timing difficulties. I've been timing by ear and seem to have too much advance. I'd like to put a light to it but the pointer tab is missing. Where can I get the timing pointer?

I would try looking around the junk yards in your area first! If not check places online like Summit or Jegs they should have one.

summit and jegs are a no. There is an adjustable pointer out but I'm not paying $60+ for it. Haven't had time to get to a junkyard but suppose I'll have to.
