swapping trannys manual to automatic

im looking for either a automatic 4 or 5spd that has good acerlation. im tired of weak automatics but im also tired of shifting my old t-18 4spd in town. if i cant get a stong automatic then is thier any truck transmission that i can speed shift and stuff with?

If it's 2wd you could swap in a T-5. Don't think there is a truck transmission that speed shifts very well.

you can't speed shift your T-18? try putting in synthetic oil..
I bet you row through the 3 gears on a T-18 faster than any other truck 5 speed.

B and M i think makes a bullet proof AOD, you could use that.

If a t-18 came out you probably want to put at least the equivelant back in like a built c-4 or c-6
