700 r4 Help Needed
I know that I am in FTE and I will catch a bunch of flak from some about GM! but I am in need of information on the kick down cable adjustment for a non electronic 700 r4. in my 54F100.Is there a site where I can find information? or will anyone on this forum help. Thanks Jim VA.

On the 700R4 it is not just a kick down cable. It is called a TV (throttle valve) cable. It affects when shifts occur in relation to throttle position. Check this page out it has instructions on how to adjust it.
