Everyone who's comparing it to the Hummer, Jeep and F-150 seems to have missed the point. This Bronco is designed to look like the original Bronco, and would a nibble off-road machine. A full size based SUV certainly isn't nimble.
I totally agree that the new Bronc is a return to the old smaller body style. However, I also see alot of H2 influences in it, which I am undecided on as to whether or not I like it.
I too would rather see a new big bronco built on a f-150/250 set up. I like the size of my big bronco. Dont get me wrong. I LOVE the old ones (and plan on owning one at some point in time). But I would love to see a new Big Bronco.
Yes, I want a new Big Bronco too. webmaster, I see your point, but notice this post is the Big Bronco forum lol. We want a F-150 based Bronco cause that's what most of us in here drive. At least they didn't base it on an Explorer Sport. All in all, no matter what a auto manufacterer does when reintrodincing a legend, there will always be the lovers and the haters. They can't please everyone. -wb
Maybe they can build this bronco for 8 years and then up it too the f-150 body style.
But I would like the too shave the bottom off the front and back and add bumpers before it sees production, also put some solid axles under it.
