I think modern day voters are looking for a candidate that is multifaceted enough to deal with more than one issue. I think it's possible to fight terrorism and have an economic policy at the same time. This administration has concentrated on their interpretation of the first and done little for the second. The polls are speaking for themselves.
Well, that makes me feel better, I think. But still, Morris is astute even if he isn't always right.
I've been trying to put my finger on why Hillary brings out such raw reactions. Successful people have a way of polarizing people, but I can't say she's been successful. It's not because she's a woman, I give more credit to my fellow FTE'ers than that. I suspect it's because she comes across as condescending and imperial to many of us.

It's not hard to understand the hatred for Hillary. She's the consumate liar and sneak. When asked about her Rose lawfirm dealings, she had selective amnesia. When offered an $8Million book deal, suddenly she had total recall, for example.
She lied about her cattle futures trading.
She lied about Rose Law Firm records that mysteriously reappeared after 2 years and FBI files on 900 government employees illegally in her posession.
She lied about not knowing of Slick's infidelity.
She held secret healthcare policy meetings with government employees in violation of the Sunshine Laws.
She fired the Whitehouse Travel Agents in order to put in her cronies.
The list is endless. These are only the reasons that I remembered off the top of my head. I'm sure that a little digging can produce scores more.
There are a few women that I would like to see run for President, amongst them are Condelesa Rice. She's sharp, politically saavy and conservative. Gender, race or religion don't matter to me, philosophy does.
