Thumbs down 2002 x to a 2004 x

I just picked up my new Excursion yesterday. My 2002 was a big pile of junk. It died on the side of the road 6 times in the last 2 months. My cps was the problem. They would put a new one in and sometimes it would last a few weeks and the last time it lasted for 12 hours. Had enough. They made a VERY sweet deal on a brand new 2004 6 liter diesel. They did not want me to go through the lemon law with my 2002. They ran my Excursion on a computor for 5 hours always got the same cps code.

Ford is really being cheap on the new ones to save some money.

No insulation blanket or light under the hood.
No cup holders in the center seat arm rest.
No mat in the center front seat counsel.
No cloth over the third seat release lever.

No glovebox light.

No running board lights.

Red lenses in the doors are only reflectors. They don't light up.

Do you have dual sun visors? Ford dropped those too.
