Gear Swap, Need Help
Anybody got a step by step or illustration on doing a gear swap for there SD. I have a Dana 50 front and 10.5 sterling rear with 3.73's. LS unit in the rear. To get back to my original ratio I need to put in some 4.56's gears and feel confident enough that this is a job I can do myself with some help from someone who has done it before.
I may put in a locker in place of that factory LS unit, so if that requires any extra instruction please feel free to throw that in too.
Any do's or don'ts? Linning up the gears? Install kits required, master install kit?? Special tools?
