Extra Antenna

I just received an XM radio for Valentine's Day! It's not the permanent mount kind but the one you can take in and out of the house. Anyway, I need to mount an antenna to the top of the truck and have the wire run from the antenna to an area near the cassette player.

Any ideas on how to best accomplish this so that the wire is not an obstacle to viewing or comfort?

Thanks,
Tom

Terk makes a glass mount ant. It works great.

tns I've installed a Sirius radio and ant. in my 02 and 03 F150s. Iused the magnetic ant. that is usually installed on the roof with the wire coming in through the center brake light. I mounted mine under the plastic wiper cowl on the pass. side and ran the wire in through the factory ant. hole. I have the signal strengh as when mounted on the roof. If XM is as good as Sirius you will love it. Hope this helps. Dennis Massey
