Another pointless post...

Just thought I'd let every one know that it was a balmy 54 degrees here in Rapid City today!

I finally got to ride my motorcycle for the first time this year! All in all I put on about 40 miles.

Ahh it sure was great get the ole bike out on the road, and just cut'er loose!

AARRRGGGHHHH...I still have to wait to redo my speedo drive and bearings, will also be doing a new front tire. Usually I ride off and on all winter but not this one. Very frustrating. I've been running Conti Tours since 2000 and have had super results with these. I get around 10,000 to 16,000 on a rear and had this front since 2000 with somewhere around 30,000 on it. I ride 90 miles a day to work.
Oh yeah, it is never pointless to me to talk bikes.

I'm so jealous. I really want a bike. I'm looking at the YZ250 and WR250, I don't mind the heavier bike, I don't think I'll be going that fast. I have a friend with a YZ450F, and another with a YZ426. I'll have to talk to them. I'm pretty set on the Yamaha.

It was a damn nice day here in Billings too. Wish I would've had some time to get the bike out of the shed and go for a ride, rattle the old straight pipes and irratate the neighbors....

why don't you guys send some of that warmer weather here? I'm still stuck with -12 for lows and 29 for highs. First 50 degree day I see, my Vulcan 800 is hitting the street.

hope you had fun, rangerman!

He he he!

I know what your talking about!

I cant afford a harley, but I did finallly graduated to a larger bike last year.

I've got a old 78 goldwing that I took all the farings and stuff off, and turned it back into a street machine as it was originally designed, with the esception of my fish tail chrome straight pipes!

That 1000 cc 4 cyl can make one heck of a cool racket!
